Yes, we are an appointment based clinic. Please book via phone on (07) 4157 2922 during our open hours (8:30am – 5pm Mon – Thu, and 8:30am – 11:30am on Friday).
- One simple issue – standard appointment or 10 minutes
- Two simple issues or one complex issue – long appointment or 20 Minutes
- Complex issues – pro-longed appointment or 30 to 40 minutes (please advise staff if you require a prolonged appt)
- Please advise staff you need a management plan or a Health assessment
For continuity of care we encourage all patients to see the same GP.
Telehealth appointments are not available at this time.
We understand plans change – please notify us ASAP if you need to change or cancel your appointment and give us a least 2 hours’ notice.
Home visits may be available for patients unable to attend the clinic. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances.
Yes, we welcome new patients to our practice. Please bring any relevant medical records from your previous GP to your first appointment.
We fully Bulk Bill all eligible patients.
